Conte on a high: Hazard-inspired Chelsea humiliate Everton 5-0 to seal fifth straight win, leapfrogging City to go top of the pile ROB DRAPER AT STAMFORD BRIDGE: Chelsea ran riot on Saturday night with a 5-0 victory over Everton to go top of the Premier League table. Eden Hazard scored a double.
